Quick Answer, as I have to go out.
No 1. Two Man Car. Rte. 58 Wellington.
No 2. Turcot Yard looking North to escarpment. 0-6-0 Yard Switcher. Homely, but better looking than the Echangeur Turcot and Graffiti which passes this way now.
Angled pink building between Steinberg's truck and tower on Tower Car No. 1 shown here can be seen above coal in tender on CN 7455 in Coolopolis photo 2.
No 3. Tower Car No 2. Limites Station, car facing West. Note subtle differences btwn Tower Car 2 and No.1 shown before. Note air whistle betwixt first and second window from far side of cab.
I would say that the Wellington 58 had just come up Colborne St. from the Point and was on it way to Place D'Armes. The photographer was just West of Pesners store on Notre Dame....but then I'm just guessing. A Griff Boy
Photo No 1 - photo taken from the Notre Dame corner of the street east of Peel toward the 'new' Bonaventure station built after the Old Bonaventure Station was burned in the 'forties. The Planetarium would show if the same photo were taken today.
Last photo - The who - I am guessing Burton and Elizabeth Taylor. Look at the long fingers and red nail polish. Just a guess....
First picture is on Notre-Dame at Chaboillez square (where the truck is), looking northwest towards Bonaventure station. The modern CN building was demolished about 10 years ago. On the left is the Dow Brewery building with it’s "pont des soupir" Trevor mentionned some weeks ago about the new Mc Gill hospital at the Glen yard.
The second picture is at Turcot yard, looking north at the cliff under St-Jacques street. I just can’t say near which street it is.
The third picture is somewhere in Montréal-Nord along Henri-Bourassa.

No. 4. Urban Legend's back yard pool.
Thank You!
I could swear that's Elvis Gratton in the pool.

Number One is on Notre-Dame street, east of Windsor/Peel, approximately in front of where the Planetarium was later built.
Looks like a vintage 1950s Reo truck-tractor pulling for AMJ Campbell, part of the North American Van Lines group, in photo 1.
As for photo 4...
that's not my pool: it's my hot tub. ;-)
Who = Gary Carter?
Okay, so it's a Hot Tub.
So, whose that in the Hot Tub??
The new Anglo Premier of Quebec?
With her personal secretary??
Thank You.
